Keep in mind that during busy periods and holidays, carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control. International shipments may also encounter customs delays, which could affect delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details: It is crucial to provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing or lead to order cancellation. If we detect address issues, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to confirm details. If we don’t receive a response within this timeframe, we may cancel your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once your package is with our courier partners, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at athelio.suport@gmail.com. We will assist you and contact the courier company to follow up on your claim.

We recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim, as they may need additional information from you. While Athelio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help resolve the issue and may offer a replacement if the package is not found.
